What it is

Heritage Pass is an end-to-end event infrastructure system. It connects visitor registration, pass issuance, capacity control, staff operations, two-stage redemption, consent collection and CRM transfer. It was built for a fixed-date live event where every transaction had to be reliable, traceable and controlled.

From registration to redemption, every stage has a defined state. A pass moves through a controlled lifecycle that prevents duplicate use and keeps staff actions within their assigned roles.

On-site registration
At the event stand, printed passes are linked to visitors on the spot. Consent is collected by SMS one-time code and stored with the record. Numbers already on the client’s permission list skip the code; numbers on the exclusion list receive a pass but never enter the CRM queue.
