The founder
Someone who has been on the other side of the table.
IOC Labs was founded by İsmail Çetin.
Before this company, he spent years running IT and digital projects inside retail organisations — first building systems, later responsible for the decisions behind them. He has been the person signing off on a piece of software, and the person explaining to a board why it did not work.
That is the view IOC Labs is built from. Not “here is what the technology can do”, but “here is what it will cost you to run it, and here is where it will break”.
